The Picasso America Policies

How soon can I expect my order to be shipped?
The Picasso America processes and ships all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a UPS or USPS tracking number to confirm shipping via email. If we are out of a product or need to special order an item we will contact you within 1 business day.

I need it overnight!

You’re going on a trip and need that last minute item? Don’t fret! Place your order by 3:00 pm Pacific Standard Time and we will make every effort to get your shipment out for overnight or two day delivery.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

Unlike some online retailers we only charge your credit card after your order has been processed and shipped. This way we ensure to charge you accurately for the cost of the product and the cost of shipping.

  • If the cost of shipping is above that quoted when you place your order we will contact you.
  • If we think an alternate shipping service will be better for you cost and time wise we will contact you to give you the option to change shipping services.

I’m ordering from outside the United States.

We gladly accept international customers but we do require the following before processing and shipping an order:

  • Copy of a government issued photo ID as well as a copy of the front and back of the credit card to be charged.
  • Customer is required to pay all customs, duty and brokerage fees.
  • All international orders are shipped via FedEx International or USPS, no exceptions will be made.

What if my new equipment doesn’t fit or just isn’t right for me?

The Picasso America wants every customer to be comfortable when they’re diving. Our exchange or return policy is simple and straightforward. To return or exchange a product you will be charged for the shipping of returned items and replacement products. Please not the following:

  • Any products taken into the water (excepting your shower or bathtub) cannot be returned. So please make sure to test your suit, socks, gloves and fins before going diving.
  • Products that have been modified, customized or tampered with are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • All returns should be preceded by a phone conversation with a The Picasso America associate and be accompanied with a brief note explaining the reason for return and a copy of the original invoice.

Does Picasso America provide a warranty on its products?

All Picasso products we sell are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. We inspect our products before packing and shipping an order. If you do run into a problem we’re always here to fulfill our full warranty or help you to make the repairs yourself.

  • Products that have been modified, customized or tampered with are not eligible for warranty.
  • Warranties will not be extended to products exuding normal wear and tear. We will help you repair products.
  • All warranty requests should begin with a phone conversation with The Picasso America associate.
